Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- Email (Returns@ice47ny.com) with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back at your expense (unless the return is due to our error)
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges For size or product exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
